About RoxPlay66 — Built for Malaysian Players, by People Who Love the Game

We started with one goal: to build an online casino and sports betting platform that Malaysian players could genuinely trust. No gimmicks, no fine-print traps — just a clean, fast, and fair gaming experience designed around you.

Who We Are

The RoxPlay66 Story

RoxPlay66 was founded by a team of gaming industry veterans and technology specialists who understood a simple problem: most online casinos available to Malaysian players were either poorly localised, offered frustrating payment experiences, or made it unnecessarily difficult to withdraw winnings.

We set out to change that. From the very beginning, our development roadmap was built around what Malaysian players actually need — fast local banking via DuitNow and FPX, seamless e-wallet support for Touch 'n Go, Boost, and GrabPay, an English-language interface designed to be intuitive, and customer support that actually picks up during Malaysia business hours.

Today, RoxPlay66 serves players across Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and beyond. Our platform hosts hundreds of slot titles, a fully live dealer casino suite, and real-time sports betting markets covering Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League, UFC, and major international football tournaments throughout the year.

We operate under international online gaming licensing frameworks and are committed to transparent, responsible gaming practices. RoxPlay66 is not just another platform — it is a gaming community built with Malaysia in mind.

What Drives Us

Our Mission & Core Values

Every decision at RoxPlay66 is guided by a set of values that put players first. Here is what we stand for, every single day.

Trustworthiness Above All

We believe trust is earned through consistency, not claimed through slogans. Every policy we publish, every payout we process, and every support interaction we handle is an opportunity to reinforce that trust with our players.

Player-First Experience

From our game loading speeds to our withdrawal processing times, we continuously optimise for the player's experience. If something slows you down or frustrates you, it is our problem to fix — not yours to work around.

Radical Transparency

Our terms and conditions are written in clear English, not deliberately obfuscated legal jargon. We want you to know exactly what you are agreeing to before you deposit a single Ringgit.

Responsible Gaming Commitment

We take problem gambling seriously. RoxPlay66 provides self-exclusion tools, deposit limits, session reminders, and direct links to support resources for any player who needs them. Gaming should always be entertainment, never a source of stress.

Speed & Reliability

Downtime costs you time and money. Our platform infrastructure is engineered for high availability, with redundant systems and performance monitoring around the clock to ensure RoxPlay66 is ready whenever you are.

Continuous Improvement

We actively listen to player feedback and regularly update our platform, game selection, and bonus structures based on what the community tells us. RoxPlay66 today is better than it was last month — and next month it will be better still.

Local Commitment

Our Commitment to Malaysian Players

Malaysia is not an afterthought for us — it is our primary focus. Here is what that commitment looks like in practice, day in and day out.

MYR-Native Platform

All balances, deposits, and withdrawals are handled in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). No confusing currency conversions, no hidden FX markups.

Full Local Payment Support

We support Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct transfers to Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank — the full Malaysian payment ecosystem.

Malaysia-Timezone Support

Our support team operates on Malaysian time (MYT, UTC+8) with extended hours to cover all hours of operation. You will always reach a real person.

Local Sports Markets

From Liga Super Malaysia fixtures to EPL matchdays, UFC cards, and badminton tournaments, our sportsbook covers the markets Malaysian bettors actually follow.

Clear English Throughout

Every page, every policy, every notification on RoxPlay66 is written in natural, professional English — the working language that spans Malaysia's diverse communities.
