1Introduction

3Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on RoxPlay66, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. RoxPlay66 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all gambling activities on this Platform. Players under the age of 21 are absolutely prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any game or betting market.
2. You must be registering and acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Account registration by proxy, on behalf of another person, or using another person's identification documents is strictly prohibited.

4Account Registration & Security

Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identifying details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are obligated to keep this information current and to notify us of any changes without undue delay.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity occurring under your Account credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you, and you accept full responsibility for all such activity.

We reserve the right to require verification of your identity (KYC) at any stage of the registration or withdrawal process. Failure to complete KYC verification to our satisfaction may result in the suspension of your Account or the withholding of withdrawal requests pending satisfactory document submission.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

RoxPlay66 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through a range of payment methods available to Malaysian players, including but not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and selected cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether, Litecoin).

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. The minimum withdrawal amount may differ and is displayed within the cashier section of the Platform at the time of the request.

• All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that match the Player's registered Account name and have been used to make a prior deposit, unless otherwise approved by our finance team following KYC review.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 24–48 hours, subject to KYC completion and fraud screening. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected.

6Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, RoxPlay66 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and other promotional incentives. All such offers are subject to the general terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion.

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per eligible Player. Multiple accounts created to claim additional bonuses will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and potential permanent account suspension.
• Birthday bonuses are tier-dependent (Bronze: MYR 188 / Silver: MYR 388 / Gold: MYR 888 / VIP: MYR 2,688) and will be credited during the Player's registered birthday month, subject to minimum activity requirements.

7Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled or reversed except in the event of a technical error verified by RoxPlay66.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the RoxPlay66 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one Account, or participating in any collusion with other Players.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or other automated tools to place bets, gain an unfair advantage, or interfere with the normal operation of the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain credits, winnings, or any other advantage not intended by RoxPlay66.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or any other activity that constitutes a financial crime under applicable law.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment, including syndicated betting, commercial exploitation, or on behalf of a third party.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other verification process.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other Players' accounts, our systems, or our underlying platform infrastructure.

9Account Suspension & Closure

RoxPlay66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• A Player's voluntary request for self-exclusion under our Responsible Gambling programme.
• Identification of the Player as a minor (under 21 years of age).
• Regulatory or compliance requirements that necessitate account restriction.

Where an Account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, any remaining Balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where an Account is voluntarily closed by a Player in good standing, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to the Player's verified withdrawal method within a reasonable period, subject to KYC completion.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RoxPlay66 and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

Our total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the date of the claim.

14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between a Player and RoxPlay66, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.
